What We Do
Children and adults covered by Colorado Medicaid under the Community First Choice (CFC) program who have chronic conditions or cognitive, intellectual, or developmental disabilities and/or delays may qualify for In-Home Support Services (IHSS).
This self-directed program helps families provide the extra care their loved one needs, allowing them to live safely, independently, and comfortably at home.
Covered Services
Bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, meal preparation, toileting, medication management, and more. Most, if not all, of these supports are likely already being provided by you or another family member
Paid Caregiver
A family member or close family friend can become an employee of Colorado Kids Home Care and be paid to provide the care and support they are already giving to their loved one
In Home
We bring everything to you—orientation, training, and ongoing support—right in your home, at a time that’s convenient for you, so you have everything you need to succeed
