What We Do
Colorado Kids Home Care is a licensed home care agency dedicated to providing personalized, family-centered support that helps children and adults live safely and comfortably at home. We’re committed to compassionate care, meaningful connections, and helping every family we serve feel supported every step of the way.
We provide In-Home Support Services (IHSS) through Health First Colorado’s Community First Choice (CFC) program, empowering family members and trusted individuals to become paid caregivers for their loved ones, including children or parents with chronic health conditions, disabilities, and neurodivergent needs.
This self-directed program helps families provide the extra care their loved one needs, allowing them to live safely, independently, and comfortably at home.
Covered Services
Bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, meal preparation, toileting, medication management, and more. Most, if not all, of these supports are likely already being provided by you or another family member
Paid Caregiver
A family member or close family friend can become an employee of Colorado Kids Home Care and be paid to provide the care and support they are already giving to their loved one

We bring everything to you! Orientation, training, and ongoing support, right in your home, at a time that’s convenient for you, so you have everything you need to succeed

After more than two decades in healthcare leadership, much of it within large, private equity-backed organizations, I wanted to create something that reflected the values that have always guided me: putting people first, caring for families, and delivering quality care with compassion and integrity. That vision became Colorado Kids Home Care, a family-owned organization dedicated to providing personalized, family-centered support to those who need it most.

What is IHSS?
In-Home Support Services (IHSS) is a Health First Colorado (Medicaid) program that allows eligible family members or trusted individuals to become paid caregivers for a loved one with a disability or chronic health condition. It offers flexibility, ensuring care from a trusted caregiver at home.
